1. Information we collect

This website follows a data-minimization principle. Only two kinds of information arise from your use of it:

• Information you provide: this website has no backend server. The contact form simply opens your own email client — what you type (name, email, company, message) is sent by your mailbox directly to ours; it never passes through, and is never stored on, this website.
• Automatically generated information: this website embeds no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. It is hosted as a static site on cloud storage, and the hosting and network layers may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, access time, and requested pages), used solely for security protection and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

The emails you send are used only to respond to your inquiries and for necessary business communication; access logs are used only to keep the site secure and stable. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send unsolicited marketing email.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website uses no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site behavioral analysis. The only local storage is a single preference record (your consent acknowledgement) kept in your browser to remember that you have acknowledged our cookie practices. It stays on your device — this site never reads or uploads it — and you can clear it at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only where necessary:

• Infrastructure providers required to operate this site (such as cloud hosting and network access), processing only what is necessary under our instructions;
• When required by law or by a binding order of a judicial or administrative authority;
• When you give separate, explicit consent.

5. Storage location and security

The correspondence we receive is kept in our mailbox system. This website itself is a purely static site — no backend, no database, no form-submission endpoint — which structurally prevents the website from retaining anything you submit. The site is served over HTTPS, and we follow data-minimization and access-control principles.

Personal information we collect is stored, in principle, within the People's Republic of China. We do not transfer it outside China unless required by law or with your separate consent.

6. Retention

Email correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and the business relationship; access logs are retained according to the hosting service's log policy. Once no longer necessary, the relevant personal information is deleted or anonymized; where applicable law requires longer retention, we retain it as required.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable data-protection laws, you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement, and delete your personal information, to withdraw your consent, and to request an explanation of our handling rules.

• To exercise these rights, email service@siipulse.com. We will verify your identity and respond promptly — in principle within 15 business days;
• If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

8. Children

This website is intended for business and professional users, not minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the current version on this page; material changes will be signaled appropriately, for example via a notice on this site. The version in effect is the one dated by "Last updated" above.
